Nearby you’ll find all of Cocoa Beach’s great bars and restaurants: a short walk from 4th Street Filling Station, Heidi’s Jazz Club, and dozens of others. The villa is only one block away from the world-famous Cocoa Beach. We even provide you with beach towels, beach gear, and a pull cart.

Cancellation Policy

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

A full set of linens is provided, including bathroom towels and beach towels. We also provide you with a starter set of dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a full assortment of dishes, glasses, and cooking implements. We also provide limited spices like salt, pepper, and olive oil.
