The space
Beautifully decorated, well-equipped private home with (non-heated) pool and tiki bar. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and upstairs TV area also has a pull-out futon for additional sleeping; all bed linens and towels are provided. Garage has extra refrigerator, ping pong table, bikes, beach supplies, and beach cart.
Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves and will gain access through the front door using a key.

Cancellation Policy
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

A full set of linens is provided, including bathroom towels and beach towels. We also provide you with a starter set of dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a full assortment of dishes, glasses, and cooking implements. We also provide limited spices like salt, pepper, and olive oil.
