Cancellation Policy

As the condominium’s Homeowners Association (HOA) must grant approval for each guest, 100.00% refunds are exclusively applicable up to 60 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellation beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Amenities

A full set of linens is provided, including bathroom towels and beach towels. We also provide you with a starter set of dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a full assortment of dishes, glasses, and cooking implements. We also provide limited spices like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Effective June 2023: the condo has a pre-approval and background check requirement. At least 30-days prior to your arrival, you must complete a condo information form and consent to a background check. During your stay, you must abide by all condo rules (as any other guest or owner). Specifically, occupancy must not exceed 4 guests for ANY amenity, not merely the condo. No outside guests are permitted. No parties are permitted.
