From home to your feet touching the sand, it is a casual stroll of 5 minutes or less. Boardwalk Cocoa Beach Pier is within a 15-minute walk from beach access! Food, drinks, and shopping!

Cocoa Beach offers a groovy vacation experience for the whole family, from great beaches, surfing, fishing, golf, and unique attractions.

While the properties are entirely separate, it’s important to note that the neighboring resident has several pit bulls. This serves as a disclaimer for those who may have concerns about the breed or dogs in general.

The space
The highlight of this property is the home-like experience with your own fenced-in backyard, screened lanai, and only a short walk to the beach! View space launches while you grill over charcoal! The floor plan includes an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms.

There is a door smart lock for your convenience at check-in and throughout the stay. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry.

Free parking is available in the driveway right in front of the property. Parking is shared with one other home but has been divided for dedicated space for two vehicles.

Wifi is provided. A beach cart along with beach towels, chairs, a pop-up tent, sand toys, etc. are provided.

Bedroom #1:
The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, with a memory foam mattress topper, crisp cotton sheets, and a ceiling fan for a restful night’s sleep. The attached half bathroom provides privacy. There is a 40” smart TV with all of your favorite streaming apps available.

Bedroom #2:
The second bedroom has a comfy double bed, with a memory foam mattress topper, crisp cotton sheets, and a ceiling fan for a restful night’s sleep. The 32” smart TV has Roku television with access to Live TV and many free and paid streaming channels.

There is a twin-size rolling mattress sleeper in the closet for additional sleeping needs.

Bathroom:
In the bathroom, you will find a shower tub equipped with handrails. Towels and washcloths are provided for each guest.

Living Room:
The leather furniture has five recliners built into the sofa, loveseat, and chair. These are perfect for a mid-day nap or watching movies. For convenience and leather protection, there are quilted water resistant, washable slipcovers available. The 43” smart TV has Roku television with access to Live TV and many free and paid streaming channels. Family games and a yoga mat are located in a drawer below the television.

Kitchen:
The full-sized kitchen features a 4-burner electric stove, fridge, microwave and oven. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, mugs, utensils, a blender, a coffee maker, a drink mixing set, a crock pot, a toaster, portable soft coolers, and essential cleaning supplies.

Dining Area:
A dining table for four is perfect for those at-home meals.

Laundry Room:
A laundry closet equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer is located in the center of the home with a 40-gallon hot water heater and central air conditioning. A clothing steamer is provided.

Pet Friendly:
We accept pets. Please inquire about our house rules and fees prior to booking.

Your dog can roam in the fenced backyard or you can walk your dog in the street. Dogs must be leashed when outside of the fenced yard. Please clean up your doggie’s mess.

We are 0.2 miles from George McLoud Memorial Park which is a public beach access that allows dogs.

Child Equipment
We have provided a toilet seat insert, plastic dinnerware, a child’s cup with a lid, and a plastic bib. If you need to request other items for children, please inquire with us prior to booking.

Guest access
The home has a shared parking and garden space along the sidewalks to the front door. The home itself, backyard, and screened lanai are private to you during your stay.

Other things to note
Downtown Cocoa Beach, including many local restaurants, ice cream shops, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Wizard of Oz Museum, The Dinosaur Store, Publix grocery, and miniature golf is only a few minute’s drive away. The area’s thrift stores, nail salons, and parks are enjoyable as well as Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness gym which offers a weekly pass option.
