Other things to note
Pets are permitted, 40 pounds and under (no dangerous breeds), two pets maximum, and pet information must be submitted upfront, with reservation request; pet fees may apply. This unit, complex and amenities are beautiful and accommodating. Marina access is also available for guests arriving by boat, and several rental options are available for water activities. Cruise guests are welcome! Port Canaveral Cruise Parking is right across the street, with a shuttle available to the Cruise Port. Also, Orlando and all Disney Parks are only a short 45-minute drive!

Cancellation Policy
Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

A full set of linens is provided, including bathroom towels and beach towels. We also provide you with a starter set of dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a full assortment of dishes, glasses, and cooking implements. We also provide limited spices like salt, pepper, and olive oil.
